Retail & Distribution

A Davanagere FMCG distributor

Challenge
The distributor ran two mini trucks over six weekly beats covering about 140 kirana counters. The stop order was set by driver habit, fuel bills kept climbing, and shops at the tail of each beat regularly reported late or skipped deliveries.
What we did
In a 10-week pilot, Voder replanned each beat as a single optimised multi-stop route on the Mini Truck and Pickup / Van classes, with a photo and timestamp at every counter and one consolidated invoice per week.
“The route sheet the app gives is better than what our senior driver carried in his head for years. Shops at the end of the line stopped calling to complain.”

D2C & E-commerce

A D2C home-decor seller in Davanagere

Challenge
The seller shipped 30-40 local orders a week through a national courier at parcel rates, with 2-3 day delivery inside the same city and breakage complaints on framed pieces and ceramics.
What we did
Over an 8-week pilot, Voder batched local orders into two same-day routes a week, a 2-Wheeler run for small parcels and a Mini Truck run for framed and boxed pieces, with doorstep photo proof on every order.
“Customers in Davanagere now get their order the same evening they see it on Instagram. The delivery photo also closes the argument about how it arrived.”

Workers loading crates of machined components into a pickup van outside a small engineering unitHarihar · 3-month pilot

Manufacturing

An engineering unit near Harihar

Challenge
The unit dispatched machined components to Davanagere distributors and the railhead daily, hiring lorries trip by trip. Rates changed with the market, vehicles arrived late about one day in five, and accounts had to reconcile a stack of cash receipts every month.
What we did
In a 3-month pilot contract, Voder set up a route-based monthly rental: a Pickup / Van with a fixed driver on the dispatch loop, a Heavy Truck on demand for overflow, one monthly invoice, and photo-documented loading on every trip.
“Same driver, same time, one invoice. Our dispatch clerk finally stopped chasing lorry brokers on the phone every morning.”
Prakash Angadi · Plant supervisor, engineering unit, Harihar
