A 30-minute call about the role, the work, and your expectations. We share the salary range up front.

Skills conversation
One practical session of 60-90 minutes based on real work from the role. No puzzles, no whiteboard tricks.

Offer
A written offer within 3 working days of the final round. The whole process usually takes 2-3 weeks.
