Question 1

How do I cancel a booking?

Accepted Answer

Open the order in the app and tap Cancel. Before driver dispatch it's free; after dispatch a small fee applies. For scheduled bookings, cancel up to 6 hours before the slot for a full refund.

Question 2

When will my refund arrive?

Accepted Answer

Within 7 days to your original payment method. UPI refunds usually land much sooner, and any part paid with Voder Credits goes back to your credits balance. You'll see the status on the order screen.

Question 3

How do I get my invoice?

Accepted Answer

Every completed order has a digital invoice attached in the app, ready to download or email. Business accounts also get a consolidated monthly statement.

Question 4

My driver hasn't arrived. What do I do?

Accepted Answer

Check the live map first; ETAs update in real time. If something looks wrong, call the driver from the app, or reach us on WhatsApp and we'll intervene immediately.
