The friction
Sharath Raj and Kiran started Transolux Transport with a single vehicle in Davanagere, running B2B and B2C road transport. Up close, they saw what everyone moving anything in India feels: unknown prices, juggled apps, no-shows, and drivers paid last and paid late.

The insight
Years of running trucks taught them the problem isn't a lack of vehicles. It's the missing layer of intelligence, transparency, and fairness connecting the people who need things moved with the people who move them.

So they built Voder: one app for delivery, rental, and moving, priced transparently up front, routed by an optimiser that saves real distance, and built so drivers can request a payout whenever they like.

Most logistics companies treat drivers as invisible supply. Voder is built on a different belief: the customer and the driver are both protagonists. Transparent up-front fares on one side; payouts on request and transparent commission on the other. When both sides win, reliability stops being a promise and becomes a system.

Voder is the product. Transolux Transport is the institution: the registered operating company that owns the fleet relationships, the compliance posture, and the on-ground expertise built since 2019.
