Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods
- Online checkout in the app: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, other NPCI-approved apps), and net banking from major Indian banks
- UPI QR code: at delivery the Driver can show a one-time UPI QR code generated by Voder for that Trip. Anyone, including the recipient, can pay the Fare by scanning it
- Payment link: the Driver can send a secure payment link by SMS to a mobile number the payer gives. The SMS is sent by our payment partner, Razorpay
- Cash: subject to the eligibility criteria and limits below
- Voder Credits: your Voder Credits balance, subject to Section 9A
- The Fare is the same whichever method is used. Voder charges no extra fee for cash, QR, or payment links
- A Trip is paid once. If more than one payment arrives for the same amount, the first payment counts and the others are refunded to the original payment method
- A payment made by someone other than the booking Customer (for example the recipient) is treated as payment of the Customer's Trip
Cash payments
- Cash is available only when Voder has switched it on, the Driver assigned to your Trip is eligible to take cash at that moment, and the Trip is within the limits below. Cash may be unavailable for any Trip, and Voder may withdraw it at any time
- Cash limits (Voder may change them; the limits shown in the app apply): ₹2,000 per Trip and ₹5,000 per Customer per day
- Cash may be disabled for a Customer who has had 3 cash disputes upheld against them
- For a Part Load booking, the advance is always paid online; only the balance can be paid in cash at the door. Adjustment payments are always online
- Pay cash only to the Driver assigned to your Trip and only the amount shown in the app
- The Driver records the cash in the Driver app. The Trip is then marked paid and a record of the cash payment appears on the Trip
- Cash confirmation: after the Driver records cash, we ask you in the app to confirm that you paid it. If you do not answer within 24 hours (currently), the payment is treated as confirmed
- Cash disputes: if you tell us you did not pay the cash, we open a support ticket and review the Trip. If you did pay, the ticket is closed. If you did not pay, the amount is due from you, Voder may collect it from you through the app, and the dispute counts toward the limit above. If the Driver made an error, the cash record is reversed and the Trip becomes payable through the other methods above
Tipping
- Optional tip amounts: ₹10, ₹20, ₹50, ₹100, or custom (maximum ₹500 per trip)
- 100% of all tips transfer to the Driver — zero commission on tips
- Tipping window: up to 1 hour after trip completion
Promo codes
- Only one promotional code per trip; stacking not permitted
- Final fare after discount cannot fall below the minimum fare of ₹49
- Abuse of referral codes or multiple account creation will result in account termination
Refunds
- Refunds processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Trips paid with Voder Credits are refunded as set out in Section 9A
- Claims below ₹1,000 are fast-tracked within 3 business days
- 2 or more confirmed fraudulent refund claims result in permanent account termination
Voder Credits
Voder Credits are a prepaid balance you hold with Voder (Transolux Transport) to pay for the services Voder provides.
What Voder Credits are
- Voder Credits are counted and shown in rupees: Rs 1 = 1 Voder Credit
- Voder Credits can be used only to pay for Voder services on the Platform. They are not a bank account or deposit, earn no interest, and cannot be withdrawn as cash, sent to a bank account or UPI ID, transferred or gifted to another person, or used to pay anyone other than Voder
Adding credits
- You add Voder Credits through online checkout. The amount must be within the minimum and maximum top-up shown in the app, and your total balance cannot exceed the balance cap (currently ₹20,000)
- Voder may run offers that add Bonus Credits to a top-up. The offer that applies is shown before you pay
Paid Credits and Bonus Credits
- Paid Credits are the money you added. They do not expire
- Bonus Credits come from offers or from Voder support as goodwill. Each Bonus Credit lot shows an expiry date, and Bonus Credits that are not used by then expire and are lost
- Bonus Credits are never refundable and can never be redeemed for cash
- When you pay with Voder Credits, Bonus Credits are used first (earliest expiry first), then Paid Credits
Using credits
- On the payment screen you can choose to use your Voder Credits. They are applied after any promo discount, and can pay all or part of the Fare; any remainder is paid by another method in Section 9
- Voder Credits can be used for Delivery, Packers and Movers, and the advance and balance of Part Load bookings
- While a payment is in progress, the Voder Credits you chose are held. If the payment is not completed, the hold is released
Refunds
- A refund of a Trip paid with Voder Credits returns money the way it was paid: first the part paid through online checkout, to the original payment method; then Paid Credits; then Bonus Credits
- Bonus Credits returned in a refund keep their original expiry date. If that date has passed, they are valid for at least 7 days
- Unused Paid Credits can be refunded to the original payment method of the top-up on request through support, where the payment gateway allows it
Exceptional settlement
- If a top-up is too old for the payment gateway to refund (currently older than 6 months), Voder support may, at its discretion and after verification, settle the unused Paid Credits from that top-up by bank or UPI transfer
- An exceptional settlement is handled only through support and a support ticket. It is never available through the app, and never for Bonus Credits
Account deletion and misuse
- You must use your Voder Credits or arrange a refund before your account is deleted. If you only hold Bonus Credits, you can choose to forfeit them and delete your account
- Voder may reverse Voder Credits that were granted by mistake or obtained through fraud or abuse of an offer
MSME / Enterprise Customer Terms
Applies to business entities — including registered MSMEs — using enterprise accounts on the Voder Platform.

| Option 2 — All-inclusive | Single bundled price covering Driver, vehicle, fuel, toll, and parking allowance. No surprise additional charges. |
Exclusive allocation & overtime
- Once a rental is confirmed, the assigned Driver+vehicle pair is exclusively locked for the full booking duration
- Any attempt to contact the Driver for off-platform arrangements is a breach of these Terms
- 15-minute grace period after scheduled return — no additional charge
- Overtime billed in 15-minute blocks; default rate: standard hourly rate + 15% premium
- Push notifications sent at 15, 30, and 60 minutes into overtime
Packers and Movers — Specific Terms
Labour options

| Driver + helper (full service) | No weight restriction; all furniture and appliances; multi-floor movement included |
Goods-in-transit insurance
- Declared value and packaging details do not create insurance coverage
- Damage, loss, or delay claims are handled under Voder's general liability limits in Section 23 unless mandatory law provides otherwise
- Customers are responsible for adequate packaging to reduce transit risk
Driver Partner Terms
Independent contractor status
Drivers who access the Voder Platform are independent contractors, not employees, joint venture partners, or franchisees of Voder (Transolux Transport). Nothing in these Terms creates an employment or partnership relationship. Drivers are solely responsible for their own tax filings, GST registration (if applicable), and compliance with applicable labour laws.
The only agency is a limited one: when a Driver collects a Cash Payment of a Fare from a Customer, the Driver does so as Voder's collection agent, for that purpose only, and holds the cash in trust for Voder until it has been accounted for in the Driver Earnings ledger as set out below.
Driver obligations
- Maintain valid and unexpired driving licence, vehicle RC, insurance, and PAN at all times
- Go online only with a roadworthy and validly insured vehicle
- Behave courteously and professionally towards all Customers and Voder staff
- Capture valid Proof of Delivery (photo, signature, or OTP) for every completed delivery
- Report accidents, incidents, or damage to goods to Voder support immediately
- Maintain a minimum average star rating of 4.2 over the last 100 trips
Commission and Driver Earnings ledger
| Service | Driver earnings | Voder commission |
|---|---|---|
| Delivery service | 80% of fare | 20% |
| Vehicle rental service | 85% of fare | 15% |
| Packers and movers | 70–75% of fare | 25–30% (configurable) |
| Tips | 100% of tip | 0% |
- Driver Earnings is a ledger in rupees. Every trip earning, cash collected, payout, reversal, and deduction is a separate entry, and your balance is the sum of all entries
- A positive balance is what you can withdraw. A negative balance is Dues you owe Voder
- Online earnings repay Dues automatically because they are entries in the same ledger
- Driver Earnings is a record of amounts between you and Voder. It is not a bank account or deposit, and earns no interest
Cash collection, Security Deposit, Dues, and account lock
- Cash: a Driver may collect Cash Payments only while eligible under this Section, only up to the amount shown in the app, and must record each one in the Driver app. The full amount collected is debited in your ledger and your share of the Fare is credited, so Voder's Commission on a cash Trip appears as Dues. Using, withholding, or failing to account for cash collected for Voder is a breach of these Terms
- Eligibility: cash is switched on for a Driver only when your account is approved, your Security Deposit is at least the required amount (currently ₹1,000), your Dues are below the cash limit (currently equal to the required Security Deposit), your account is not locked, and Voder has not switched cash off for you
- Security Deposit: you pay the Security Deposit through the app. It secures your performance of these Terms. It is refundable, earns no interest, and is not used while you are active, except as set-off below
- Set-off: Voder may set off your Dues, and other amounts you owe Voder under these Terms, against your future earnings and then against your Security Deposit
- Deposit refund: the Security Deposit is refunded only when you ask for it through a support ticket or request deletion of your account. The refund is the Security Deposit minus your Dues, paid by bank transfer after Voder reviews the request. Requesting a refund switches cash off for you
- Cash limit and account lock: cash is switched off when Dues reach the cash limit above. Your account is locked when Dues reach the lock limit (currently ₹2,000) or your balance has been negative for 7 days continuously (currently). A locked Driver cannot go online or receive trip offers, but may finish a Trip already in progress. Paying your Dues unlocks the account automatically once Dues are below the lock limit and no longer overdue
- Voder may change these amounts and periods. The values that apply to you are shown in the Driver app. Voder may also switch cash off for a Driver, or unlock a Driver, by hand
Payout requests, bank account, and TDS
- Payout requests: you request a payout from the Driver app for up to your withdrawable balance, within the minimum and daily limits shown in the app. The amount is deducted from your ledger when you request it
- Payout slot: Voder pays requests by bank transfer in a daily payout slot (the times are shown in the app). A request made outside the slot waits for the next one. A payout is not instant, and Voder does not promise a particular payment time
- Rejected or failed requests: if a request is rejected or fails, the amount returns to your balance and you can see the reason. You can then make a new request. A completed request shows the bank reference (UTR)
- Bank account: payouts are made only to a bank account that Voder has verified. Your account number is stored encrypted. To change your bank account, you submit the new details in the app; Voder reviews them, and new payout requests are paused until the review ends. Voder is not responsible for a payout sent to details you supplied incorrectly
- TDS: TDS deduction on the Platform is currently switched off. If and when Voder's finance team switches it on, TDS is deducted per Trip on the Trip's gross fare, at the rate the Income-tax Act, 1961 requires for the applicable section (currently expected: 0.1% with a valid PAN on file, 5% without), shown as a separate entry in your ledger linked to that Trip, and your payouts are paid from the balance that remains. Provide your correct PAN during registration so that the lower rate applies. If and when TDS is deducted, Voder will issue TDS certificates as required by law. Refer to Voder's TDS Policy for full details
Part Load Driver Partner Terms (version 2026-09)
These terms apply in addition to section 13 when you turn on Part Load in the Partner app. Accepting them is recorded against this version. If Voder publishes a new version, you will be asked to accept it before you post your next journey.
What Part Load is
- A Part Load journey is your own offer of spare space on a trip you are already planning. You choose the route, the date and the time window, and you decide how much of your vehicle you offer.
- Voder does not guarantee that any journey will receive loads, that a load will arrive on a particular day, or any minimum earnings. Income depends on the loads that match your journey.
- Voder sets the price of every load. You never negotiate a price with a customer, and posting a journey does not change what a customer pays.
- You may only use a vehicle that is verified on your account and enabled for Part Load.
Capacity, loads and the decline window
- You set the maximum weight and the share of your vehicle volume you offer, and optionally a limit on the number of loads, the item categories you accept and a short note for the operations team.
- Voder only matches loads that fit the space you offered, and fills a journey to a share of that space, not to the brim (currently 90 percent), so that real-world packing and weighing differences do not leave you over capacity.
- A matching load is added to your journey automatically. You have a short decline window after it is added (shown in the app) in which you may decline it; after that the load is yours to carry.
- You may close your journey to new loads at any time, and the journey closes by itself when it is full. Closing does not remove loads you already hold.
Starting on time
- Each journey shows a start-by time. You must start the journey in the app, near your starting point, by that time. Starting later than the start-by time plus the grace period shown in the app is recorded as a late start.
- Customers rely on the pickup and delivery windows you offered. A late start, a missed pickup or a missed drop can lead to the customer being offered a different arrangement, to a guarantee or cancellation, and to reliability events on your account.
- Keep the location permission and the app running while a journey is in progress so that customers and the operations team can follow the trip.
Pickup, delivery and verification
- At each pickup you must ask the customer for their pickup code and enter it in the app, and take the required photos of the goods. The customer, not the app, shows you the code. Do not collect goods without verifying them.
- If the goods are heavier, larger or different from what was booked, the app may reprice the load at pickup. The customer decides whether to accept the new price and you wait for that answer; you must not take the goods or demand any payment that is not recorded in the app (cash is allowed only where the app offers it and you record it in the Driver app).
- Each drop is completed with the recipient's delivery code and, where required, a photo. Never share a delivery code and never complete a drop without the recipient.
- If a delivery fails, you must record it in the app with the reason. The platform offers the customer redelivery or return of the goods, and you must follow the instructions shown for the redelivery, the return stop or the handover to the operations team. You may not keep, resell or dispose of goods.
- You must only collect goods that are lawful and described in the booking, and must refuse items that are prohibited under section 6.3. Report damaged or misdeclared goods in the app at pickup.
Cancellations, no-shows and suspension
- Cancelling a journey that already holds loads, closing it and then cancelling, or failing to appear for a pickup (a no-show) is recorded as a reliability event on your account.
- If you accumulate more than the permitted number of no-shows or post-close cancellations within the rolling period shown in your Partner profile, Part Load is paused on your account for a fixed period. Voder may also pause Part Load by hand. While paused you cannot post journeys and empty scheduled journeys are cancelled; journeys that already hold loads continue.
- Voder may excuse a reliability event when the cause was outside your control. Clearing a suspension also excuses the events that triggered it. You will be told the reason for a suspension in the app and by message.
- Repeated or serious breaches, including misdeclared collections, fraud or unsafe conduct, may lead to removal from Part Load or termination under section 25.
Money
- The customer pays an advance when they book and the balance after delivery. Your share of each load is credited to your Driver Earnings after the customer has paid the balance and the load is complete, following the commission set out in section 13.
- Driver Earnings is a ledger of amounts between you and Voder; it is not a wallet or a deposit account. Cancellation charges, failed-delivery handling and adjustments that Voder applies to a load are reflected in the same ledger.
- Voder may reverse or correct a charge or credit that was applied by mistake or that depends on a fact later found to be wrong, and will show the correction in your earnings.
Customer information and reassignment
- You may see a customer's or recipient's name, address and phone number only for loads on your journey and only from the point the app shows them. You must use them only to complete that delivery and must not copy, store, share or contact the customer for any other purpose.
- Voder's operations team may move loads from your journey to another driver, or reassign a journey, when this is needed to keep a promise to a customer, for example after a cancellation, a suspension or a safety issue. You will be told when this happens and your earnings are adjusted to the loads you actually carried.

Account Suspension and Termination

- Breach of Terms; fraudulent or illegal activity
- Persistent low ratings; expired Driver documents
- SOS, dispute, or refund system abuse
- Conduct harmful to other users or Voder
Termination by you
- Profile → Privacy Settings → Delete Account
- 30-day grace period - logging in during this window cancels the deletion
- Deletion then waits until money owed either way is settled: a Driver's unpaid earnings and Security Deposit refund, Dues, and a Customer's paid Voder Credits. Logging in before then also cancels the deletion
- Once settled, personal data is permanently anonymised and the account cannot be recovered. Records Voder must keep for legal, tax and dispute reasons (trips, payments, tax invoices) are retained, as described in the Privacy Policy
- The same phone number cannot be used to sign up again as the same account type (Customer or Driver) for 90 days after the account is anonymised
- Outstanding payments must be settled before deletion is accepted. Customers must use their Voder Credits or arrange a refund (or forfeit Bonus Credits). A Driver's Dues are settled from the Security Deposit, and the remaining deposit is refunded on request
